Payment Receipts
Official payment receipts are provided for all sponsorship contributions via email within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Challengers Cricket Club is a Not-for-Profit Corporation. We are not a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency, and we do not issue charitable tax receipts. For the tax treatment of any contribution, please consult your own accountant or tax adviser.
Sponsorship Terms & Expectations
Challengers Cricket Club is a registered Canada Not-for-Profit Corporation. Sponsorship is a community contribution that supports cricket development — it is not a commercial advertising or lead-generation contract.
What We Offer Sponsors:

- Opportunity to introduce your services to our members at events (matches, BBQs, tournaments)
- Distribution of your promotional materials (flyers, brochures) to our players and community

What Sponsorship Does Not Include:
- Guaranteed leads, client referrals, or business conversions
- Mandatory sign-ups or purchases of sponsor services by members
- Guaranteed one-on-one meetings between sponsors and individual members
We share sponsor information with our members and create opportunities for introductions, but any individual engagement with sponsor services is entirely voluntary and at each member's own discretion. As a non-profit, the club does not receive commissions or referral fees from sponsors.
