Payment Receipts
Official payment receipts are provided for all sponsorship contributions via email within 2 business days of payment confirmation. As a registered Ontario non-profit corporation, sponsor contributions may be claimed as a business expense. Challengers Cricket Club is not yet a registered charity and does not issue CRA charitable tax receipts.
Sponsorship Terms & Expectations
Challengers Cricket Club is a registered Ontario non-profit corporation. Sponsorship is a community contribution that supports cricket development — it is not a commercial advertising or lead-generation contract.
What We Offer Sponsors:
- Brand exposure on jerseys, website, and social media as per your sponsorship tier
- Opportunity to introduce your services to our members at events (matches, BBQs, tournaments)
- Distribution of your promotional materials (flyers, brochures) to our players and community
- Sharing your information with members via forms, group chats, and newsletters
What Sponsorship Does Not Include:
- Guaranteed leads, client referrals, or business conversions
- Mandatory sign-ups or purchases of sponsor services by members
- Guaranteed one-on-one meetings between sponsors and individual members
We share sponsor information with our members and create opportunities for introductions, but any individual engagement with sponsor services is entirely voluntary and at each member's own discretion. As a non-profit, the club does not receive commissions or referral fees from sponsors.
